Victim Support Services
The Black Canadian Child and Family Services Society (BCCFSS) provides culturally responsive support to Black children, youth, and families who have been impacted by crime, violence, or trauma.

We offer trauma-informed, dignity-centered services designed to promote safety, stabilization, and long-term healing. Our team works closely with individuals and families to ensure they receive compassionate guidance and coordinated support while navigating complex systems.

Through our Victim Support Services, individuals may access:

• Emotional support and crisis intervention
• Safety planning and stabilization assistance
• Referrals to counselling and mental health services
• Guidance navigating legal and community systems
• Advocacy to address systemic barriers

We recognize that healing requires both practical support and culturally affirming care. Our approach centers protection, empowerment, and resilience, ensuring families are supported without judgment or bias as they rebuild their lives.
