Who We’re Looking For
​​
We are seeking experienced, qualified professionals who demonstrate the capacity, commitment, and professionalism required to provide high-quality home child care.
Preferred applicants include individuals with backgrounds in:

Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Child and Youth Work (CYW)

Child and Family Services or related fields
Providers must:

Have demonstrated experience working with children in a professional or structured setting

Show a strong commitment to providing safe, reliable, and consistent care

Maintain a stable, secure, and welcoming home environment at all times

Be organized, responsible, and capable of managing the daily demands of caring for children
-
Communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with families and the agency

Follow all agency policies, procedures, and provincial requirements without exception
-
Be committed to ongoing learning, training, and continuous professional development

Provide care that is responsive, respectful, and supportive of each child’s development and well-being

Your Role as a Provider
​
Home Child Care Providers are responsible for:
