BCCFSS  Community  Outreach

The Black Canadian Child and Family Services Society Community Outreach Program connects Black children, youth, and families with culturally responsive supports that strengthen stability, safety, and well-being.

We are committed to advancing the healthy development of the communities we serve by providing coordinated, prevention-focused services designed to meet families where they are. Our programs support individual and family growth while addressing systemic barriers that impact access to care.

Through community-based outreach, we connect families to services such as:

• Child Care Support
• Youth Development and Mentorship
• Parenting Education and Skill Building
• Family Counselling and Wellness Services

Our outreach initiatives are designed to be a trusted point of connection within the community. Delivered by dedicated staff and trained volunteers, our services are provided with dignity, cultural awareness, and without judgment or bias.
