BCCFSS Careers 

The Black Canadian Child and Family Services Society is expanding its network of culturally responsive child care professionals across Ontario.

We are currently seeking:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs)

  • Home Child Care Providers

  • Professionals Experienced in Supporting Children with Special Needs​

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to inclusive practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally grounded child development. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience supporting children with diverse learning, behavioural, developmental, or medical needs within safe and nurturing environments.

Volunteer 

Volunteering with the Black Canadian Child and Family Services Society is an opportunity to invest directly in the safety, stability, and well-being of Black children, youth, and families.

Whether you contribute a few hours a month or ongoing support, your time helps strengthen families, expand access to culturally responsive services, and build healthier, more resilient communities.
