Rooted in community, our family supports provide culturally responsive guidance, resources, and care to help Black families navigate challenges and grow stronger together.

Guardian Self Care Coaching

In systems that often place heavy demands on families while offering limited support, Black parents and guardians deserve meaningful, structured guidance. This program is designed to strengthen caregiver capacity through culturally grounded strategies, mental wellness practices, and supportive accountability. By creating space for reflection, encouragement, and practical tools, we support caregivers in navigating complex systems while maintaining stability within their families. When parents and guardians are supported, children are better protected, nurtured, and positioned to thrive. (

Family Support

Families often face stressors both within the household and from outside pressures that can affect relationships and family dynamics. Through supportive conversations and guidance, BCCFSS provides a safe space for families to share their experiences, explore concerns, and strengthen communication. Our goal is to support families in navigating challenges and connecting them with community resources that promote stability and well being.

Behavior Management Support

Our Behaviour Management Support program provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed strategies to help children develop emotional regulation, positive coping skills, and healthy social behaviours. We work collaboratively with caregivers, schools, and community partners to create consistent, strengths-based plans that promote stability and long-term success.
